Storage and use of your samples
We store your samples securely. Only the MR Casting team listens to them, and we send them to a specific client when we put you forward for a specific project.
We store the samples you upload and their details (such as dialect and length) in secure cloud storage. The MR Casting team listens to them to review your profile. They are not shown publicly.
No broadcast without a separate agreement
Your samples are never aired or used in any published work without a separate agreement with you, and payment.
Your rights to the sample
Only upload recordings you're allowed to share. No client work under an NDA, no copyrighted music.
AI (optional)
We never use your voice to train AI or clone your voice, and never hand your files to anyone for that purpose, without your written consent for each project and payment.
The AI option only means you're happy to be contacted if an AI project comes up. It gives no one any right to your voice.
Off by default. You can change it from your dashboard any time.
Removal and deletion
When you remove a sample from your dashboard, it is hidden from your profile straight away.
Want your recordings deleted for good? Contact us and we delete them within 30 days of your request.
If you withdraw your samples consent (by contacting us), all your samples are hidden straight away.
How long we keep them
We keep your samples and data until you ask us to delete them. Accounts with no activity for more than 24 months are reviewed by our team.
Children and guardians
For children under 12, a parent or guardian provides the details and gives the consents on the child's behalf; the consent lines on the form then start with "As the parent / guardian:".
