Transparency and process
This page explains how MR Casting separates public project evidence from internal verification, client-approved material, and confidential production records. Last reviewed: 2 September 2026.
Not every project can be documented publicly in the same way. We label and use evidence according to what can be shown safely and accurately.
A published campaign film, official page, or project visual that a visitor can review directly.
A logo, quote, still, or case detail used only when publication permission is available.
A project supported by business records retained internally but not exposed on the public website.
Work that may be counted internally but is not named or described publicly when confidentiality applies.
The exact production workflow can vary, but these are the core decision stages used to keep the request focused.
Capture the role, location, dates, visual direction, budget range, and production contacts.
Clarify media, territory, duration, campaign timing, and any restrictions relevant to the role.
Filter for suitable profiles using the information available for the requested talent category.
Confirm interest and practical availability before treating a profile as a booking option.
Share relevant choices, gather feedback, and narrow the selection around the approved direction.
Confirm the chosen talent and coordinate the production information needed for participation.
Totals and turnaround statements are published with a defined scope and a dated source. Before a number is added or refreshed, MR Casting retains a dated snapshot and defines exactly what is being counted.
Public evidence must not expose contracts, identity documents, private contact details, unreleased scripts, confidential budgets, NDA material, or a child’s private records. Child-talent media should be used only with appropriate publication permission.
No. A logo is treated as a visual reference only. A public film, approved case detail, or internal business record provides stronger support.
Only details supported by suitable public or internal records are displayed. Other details can be added after the supporting record is confirmed.
No. Anonymous legacy quotes are not used as Review or AggregateRating structured data. Testimonials require attribution or explicit client approval.
